The Role

The Punch Technician prepares units for new residents and handles repairs across a multi-county portfolio. This is a mobile, hands-on role requiring strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Repairs

  • Complete work orders professionally
  • Perform plumbing, electrical & HVAC basics
  • Handle general handyman tasks

Operations

  • Use AppFolio & Google tools
  • Provide daily updates
  • Log and track all work

Field Work

  • Travel across multiple counties
  • Inspect units and ensure standards
  • Support maintenance operations

On-Call

  • Participate in rotation schedule
  • Respond to emergency repairs
  • Ensure quick issue resolution

Inventory

  • Purchase supplies
  • Track inventory records
  • Maintain stock levels
Qualifications
Reliable transportation & valid license
Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC
Comfort using apps & software
Strong communication & organization
Physically active role (lifting up to 50 lbs)
Bilingual preferred
Clean background required
Work Conditions
Field-Based

Travel across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Hernando & Manatee counties.
