The Maintenance Technician is the front line of unit and property conditions across our Saint Petersburg portfolio. Your job is to close work orders quickly, troubleshoot problems before they escalate, and keep our buildings running so residents have a reason to renew. You’ll travel between properties daily, work directly with residents, and coordinate with Property Managers on larger repairs.
