Palm Communities manages multifamily properties across the Tampa Bay area. We run a tight operation focused on quality homes, fast response times, and clear communication with residents and owners. We work in AppFolio and lean on data.

The Role

The Controller/Senior Accounting Manager owns Palm’s accounting operation end to end. You live in AppFolio, keep trust and operating accounts reconciled to the penny, close the books each month, and produce clean owner reporting on deadline. Because Palm manages funds for other investors, accuracy is the standard. You are the face of Palm’s financial operations, and you liaise with and answer all finance questions from Palm’s clients quickly. You lead the finance and accounting team and work directly with the CEO.
