The Role

The Cleaning Professional keeps Palm’s properties move-in ready and the common areas residents pass through every day looking the way they should. The job covers vacant unit turns, hallways, stairwells, exterior areas, trash, and curb appeal. Your work directly shapes whether a prospect signs the lease and whether a resident renews.

ScheduleFull time, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
TravelBetween properties as assigned

Unit Turns

  • Clean and prepare vacant units to move-in standard, full turn cleaning
  • Keep turn time tight so units lease fast

Common Areas & Exterior

  • Maintain hallways, stairwells, mailrooms, and shared spaces
  • Exterior cleaning: trash pickup, grounds upkeep, and curb appeal walks

Communication & Care

  • Update the Onsite Manager on schedules, supply needs, and units needing attention
  • Flag anything outside cleaning scope: maintenance issues, damage, safety
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, and travel between properties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Prior cleaning experience preferred: residential, commercial, or hospitality
Strong attention to detail, what looks clean to most people is not clean enough
Able to work independently and manage your daily route without close supervision
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean motor vehicle record
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
Compensation & Benefits
$18 to $20 / hour
Hourly, with PPE and supplies provided
